Our certification process is entirely online and can be completed in a matter of hours. Using videos and quizzes, the certification courses are self-paced and can be tailored to your schedule.

Take the Assessments

Begin by taking the ALIVE Big Five personality assessment. It takes just 5-7 minutes to complete. Once done, you’ll create a password to get access to your own ALIVE Big 5 reports. Next, take the GAME assessment. From there you’ll receive an invitation to start the certification process.

Watch and Learn

Our DIY certification course uses an online learning management system with explanatory videos on the ALIVE Big 5, personality science, GAME, and associated content. There are 9 total courses which, based on existing advisor experience, should take you 3-4 hours to complete.

Pass the Quizzes

Each of our nine courses is video-based and includes a short quiz. With a passing grade of 85% on each quiz, you’re able to move to the next level. You’ll also be able to correct errors and retake each quiz if necessary.

Get Certified

Sign the certification agreement with Lucidata and you’re all done! We’ll send you an official certificate and digital badge for your website and other online properties.
