Unlocking the Best in Your People
Plagued by high levels of employee disengagement, churn, and apathy, organizations have tasked HR managers and third-party consultants with overcoming these challenges while also increasing productivity, improving morale, and demonstrating undying respect and allegiance to their people.
We call that a tall order even on a good day. And, one made more difficult by conventional solutions that too often fall far short of being, well, solutions.
Fortunately there IS a way to tackle all three: help your people help themselves. Research consistently shows that self-aware individuals are happier, more engaged, better teammates, productive, purposeful, empathetic – the list is long. The good news: we’ll do most of the heavy-lifting for you, they’ll do the work, and your organization will benefit.

Getting started is fast and easy. Use the form at the bottom of this page to register and we’ll create an account for your organization, upload your participant list into your account (just first name and email), and send them an email invitation to take our assessments.
This is where the process begins in earnest. Every week we’ll provide your team members – via email and access through their online dashboard – with content specifically designed to help them gradually expand their level of self-awareness.
Some organizations have an HR leader and/or the bandwidth to facilitate these efforts. Others don’t. While the work ultimately must be done by your team members, an experienced guide can be helpful in administering the assessments, explaining their results, and charting your course with you.
